Respite Care
Champlain Gardens is pleased to offer the following Respite Care Package.This package has been developedfor those who require short term accommodation that includes care.The following services are included:
- Weekly laundering of linens and personal clothing.
- Weekly housekeeping which includes bed change.
- Three meals and two snacks daily with beverages throughout the day.
- Cable
- Regular maintenance upkeep of suite, building and grounds.
- Activation program which includes live entertainment, exercise program, physio program, social events, crafts and organized outings.
- Liaison with health care professionals.
- Telephone (long distance is additional).
- Medication administration. (Certain restrictions apply)
- Q2 Hr Checks
- 24 Hr Care staff.
- Two Baths Weekly
- Blood pressure and O2 Monitoring
- A.M. and P.M. Care (Assistance with dressing and hygiene.)
- Health and wellness assessments as required.
- Emergency response call bell system.
