Champlain Gardens is pleased to offer the following Ultimate Living Package. This package has been developedfor those who require a full range of care.The following services are included:
- Medication administration. (Certain restrictions apply)
- 24 Hr Care staff.
- 2 Baths Weekly
- Blood pressure and O2 Monitoring
- A.M. and P.M. Care (Assistance with dressing and hygiene.)
- Continence Care (Certain Restrictions Apply)
- Health and wellness assessments as required.
- Emergency response call bell system.
- Q2 Hr Checks
- Weekly laundering of linens and personal clothing.
- Weekly housekeeping which includes bed change.
- Daily bed making and light tidying. (Includes daily bathroom cleaning)
- Three meals and two snacks daily with beverages throughout the day.
- Regular maintenance upkeep of suite, building and grounds.
- Activation program which includes live entertainment, exercise program, social events, crafts and organized outings.
- Liaison with health care professionals.
